He explained that these legal effects are limited to a period of not more than three years until a final criminal judgment has been issued and the judiciary is considered a person on the list of terrorism is actually convicted in a case related to terrorism or should be removed from the list of terrorist entities unless the Criminal Court issued another decision After the expiration of the period of three years by listing it on terrorist lists for a similar period. This decision may also be appealed to the Court of Cassation within 60 days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette in accordance with Article 6 of the Terrorist Entities Act.
